Warranty at ZellaJewelry.com
- All timepieces we offer online are brand new, genuine, and authentic. We purchase our watches from authorized dealers, distributors, and other established lines of distribution within the watch industry. The Watch industry generally maintains certain retail prices and discounted prices from that of the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Due to our discounted pricing, for certain brands, we may not fit into "Authorized Dealers or Agent" category as defined by the manufacturer.
- All timepieces sold through zellajewelry.com will be warranted by zellajewelry.com unless otherwise noted. Zellajewelry.com. will, within the warranty period (one year), repair the movement of this timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damages caused by impact, vibrations, magnetic fields, or batteries; nor does it cover straps, bracelets, buckles, finishes, cases, or crystals. It also does not cover damage or defects arising from normal wear; nor does it cover overhauls, maintenance, scratches, accidents, or misuse. Any alterations, service, or repair performed by any party other than zellajewelry.com will deem the warranty null and void. Damages caused to a timepiece arising from water or moisture, are not covered under the warranty. Warranties are not transferable. Opening the back casing of the watch by uncertified watchmakers voids all warranties. In our 25 years of experience, we have found that most warranty work only requires slight adjustments or battery replacement. In the event of a return for repairs of watches under warranty, zellaJewelry.com reserves the right to replace or repair the watch at our discretion.

Shipping Services
- We ship orders placed by 3 pm on the next business day via UPS Ground Service. We also use USPS, and FedEx. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, and upon verification & approval, your merchandise is shipped out immediately. Zellajewerly.com offers several convenient shipping methods for delivery within the continental United States. Please keep the following in mind when choosing a delivery method: Shipping times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from the day we actually send it out, not from the day you submit your order. Additionally, processing & shipping times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). Thus, for example, an order for 2nd-day delivery placed on Thursday could take until Tuesday to arrive at its destination, assuming processing is completed within 24 hours and the package ships out on Friday (Friday + 2 business days = Tuesday). It could take longer if the order cannot be processed in time to be shipped out on Friday. The same is true for the other delivery options. Also, while we maintain a huge stock of all our products, it is wise to call for availability if your order is especially urgent.

Important to note:
- Some customers prefer to ship their item to a different address other than their billing address because they want to keep the shipment a surprise, or they are not at home in the day time and prefer to receive it at their work place.
- If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent). SORRY WE CANNOT SHIP TO ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS. Your shipping address must match the billing address that is provided to and by the credit card company.
- In case you need your item shipped to a different address, you may need to send us via email or fax a copy of your driver's license along with a copy of your credit card "all card numbers except for the last four digits covered" for security reasons. It is our way to verify that you are the right person ordering and a fraudulent person is not using your information. Along with a small note authorizing us to send to the alternative address.
Insurance Policy
- All items are fully insured with the carriers. If you do not receive your goods, or if the items get damaged in the process of transit, please contact us at our customer service department. We will file a claim with the proper carrier.
Returns, Refund, and Exchange Policy
We are glad to accept returns on our merchandise. Returns are quick and simple and may take as little as 3-5 minutes over the phone with one of our courteous customer service representatives.
Refund:
All merchandise to be returned or exchanged MUST BE NEW AND UNWORN UNALTERED IN ORIGIANLA UNUSED CONDITION. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE. There are no returns or exchanges on special ordered items. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, or sized. Please make sure the original manufacture's packaging is intact; all manuals, booklets and warranty cards are included; and the "Not Returnable If Removed" label is still attached. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number and Authorization Sheet can be obtained by calling ZellaJewelry.com, toll-free, at 1-866-349-6479.
Zellajewelry.com will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 15 days from the date of purchased. Merchandise returned for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed on items which originally were shipped for free.
Exchange:
- Zellajewelry.com will be happy to accept exchanges on items purchased within 15 days from the date of purchase. You may exchange your item for items of equal or greater value. You will receive credit for the total amount of your purchase less the original shipping charges, which will be applied towards your new purchase. If you are exchanging for an item that is less in value, then a restocking fee of 20% will be assessed to the difference in value being credited to you. There is a limit of one exchange per order.
- All diamond jewelry or watches must be in brand new condition with original boxing and all the warranty cards. It must not show (No signs of wear).
- The customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise to our main warehouse at 611 Wilshire Blvd. Suite 1409 Los Angeles, Ca 90017. The customer is advised to use a traceable courier and insure their package for the full purchase price as ZellaJewerly.com cannot be responsible for packages that don't reach our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 days from the time we receive your package for returns or exchanges to be processed. A replacement watch will not be shipped until the original watch is received.
- All return items must be shipped insured along with RAN sheet. Sender is responsible for fully insuring the package. We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit, and therefore we require all packages to be sent insured. Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to request a return receipt to ensure your shipment is tracked.* More than $500: FedEx and UPS will not insure it, so ship your package via US Postal Service. Please write your RAN number on the shipping box or shipping label.
- Any Packages returned without any (RAN) Return authorization number and authorization sheet there will be restocking fee of 20% within the return policy period. If the return item is damaged or worn restocking fee of 20% will apply. Without RAN number package will be refused. Note if the seal tag is removed, all ITEMS will not be accepted for returns.
